Tramar Lacel Daillard
Tramar Lacel Dillard, better known
professionally as Flo Rida is an American rapper, singer, songwriter and
composer from Carol City, Florida. His most popular single, "Low",
reached number one in the United States for 10 weeks and set a record for digital
downloads. Flo Rida's debut studio album in 2008, Mail on Sunday, reached
fourth position in the US. R.O.O.T.S. succeeded the album in 2008. His
subsequent albums, 2010's Only One Flo (Part 1) and 2012's Wild Ones, also
charted on the US Billboard 200 chart. Flo Rida is among the most well-known
artists in the music industry, having sold more than 80 million records around
the world. His catalogue includes international hit singles "Right
Round", "Club Can't Handle Me", "Good Feeling",
"Wild Ones", "Whistle", "I Cry", "G.D.F.R.
", and "My House". Mail on Sunday was Flo Rida’s debut album. It
was released in March 2008. The album's first single, "Low", was
featuring T-Pain. The song also included on the soundtrack to Step Up 2: The
Streets. "Low" was ranked as No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
"Elevator" was performed by Timbaland, "In the Ayer"
featuring will.i.am and "Roll" with Sean Kingston, charted on the Hot
100, as well as other charts. Mail hosted several special guests on Sunday.
Timbaland is featured on the track too. He produced the second single,
"Elevator". Rick Ross, and Trey Songz also made appearances. Lil
Wayne appeared on the track "American Superstar", while Sean Kingston
appeared on the J. R. Rotem-produced "Roll" that was co-written by
Compton rapper Spitfiya. Various other guests include Birdman, Brisco, and Yung
Joc. "Money Right" featuring Rick Ross and Brisco was originally
scheduled to be the fourth track. But, it was cancelled by Flo Rida's new
studio album, R.O.O.T.S. T-Pain's second collaboration "I Bet", along
with his duet with Trina ("Bout It") however, didn't appear on the
final track list. However both tracks were recorded.
